1. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. They are not foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or approved drugs.

Our Research Use Policy is incorporated into these terms and forms part of your agreement with us.

2. Purchaser representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acquiring the materials for laboratory research use, and not for personal use or administration to any person or animal.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are acting for a laboratory or institution, and are competent to handle research materials safely.
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, handle, and dispose of the materials where you are located.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements governing their use, storage, and disposal.
• You are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

You confirm these representations at checkout. A false representation is a breach of these terms.

3. No claims and no usage guidance

UTEX WELLNESS LLC makes no claim that any product produces any physiological, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance effect, and makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use or approved by any regulatory authority.

UTEX WELLNESS LLC does not provide dosage, administration, reconstitution, handling-for-use, or any other guidance relating to use in humans or animals, and will not do so on request. Determining appropriate experimental conditions is your responsibility.

Any statement inconsistent with this section — including by a representative, affiliate, reseller, or other third party — is unauthorized and does not reflect our position.

4. Batch documentation

Documentation is recorded per lot. Analytical results are not published on this website. Where documentation is held for a lot, it describes only what the referenced report states and applies only to that lot. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation about the properties of any other lot.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Eligible referral pricing is applied automatically when you arrive via a valid referral link.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or where an order suggests an intended use inconsistent with our Research Use Policy.
• Payment is processed by a third-party provider; their terms apply in addition to ours. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

8. Representatives and affiliates

Participation in our representative program is additionally governed by the Affiliate & Representative Terms. Representatives are independent, have no authority to make representations on our behalf, and are prohibited from making medical, human-use, outcome, dosage, or safety claims.

9. Reviews and submitted content

Reviews may be submitted only by verified purchasers through a link tied to an order, and are published only after moderation. Content describing administration to humans or animals, dosing, or physical effects will not be published. We may decline, remove, or withhold any submission. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in connection with the product, and you confirm the content is your own and accurate.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by or licensed to UTEX WELLNESS LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTEX WELLNESS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including any use of the materials in a manner inconsistent with these terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UTEX WELLNESS LLC harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use or misuse of the site or products, your breach of these terms, or your administration of any material to a person or animal.

15. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
