Shipping Policy

We ship quickly and discreetly to all 50 U.S. states. This policy covers processing times, shipping costs, packaging, and tracking.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping costs & delivery time

  • Free shipping on orders over $150.
  • A flat $12 shipping fee applies to orders under $150.
  • Most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no branding or product information on the outside.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order and can be followed on our Track Your Order page. Please allow a short time after shipment for tracking to update.

Delays, lost packages & address accuracy

Carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If a package is significantly delayed or shows as lost, contact us and we will help resolve it (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
