All products offered by Pepthority are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any condition.

Products are not foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or approved drugs. Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use, or that it is approved or authorized by any regulatory authority.

No usage guidance

Pepthority does not provide dosage, administration, reconstitution, handling-for-use, or any other guidance relating to use in humans or animals, and will not do so on request. Determining appropriate handling and experimental conditions is the responsibility of the purchaser and their institution.

Purchaser responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are acquiring the materials for laboratory research use, and not for personal use or for administration to any person or animal.
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle the materials in your jurisdiction.
• You are qualified, or operating under the supervision of someone qualified, to handle research materials safely.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements governing their use, storage, and disposal.

No medical claims

Pepthority makes no claim that any product produces any physiological, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance effect. Any statement to the contrary — including by a representative, affiliate, or third party — is unauthorized and does not reflect Pepthority's position.

Batch documentation

Documentation is recorded per lot. Analytical results are not published on this website. Where documentation is held for a lot, it applies only to that lot and describes only what the referenced report states.

Refusal and cancellation

Pepthority may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including where an order suggests an intended use inconsistent with this policy.
