Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every batch. Because our products are sold for research use only, returns are limited as described below. This policy explains when refunds or replacements are available and how to request one.
Quality guarantee
Every product is third-party tested, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every order. If a product does not match its COA, contact us and we will make it right.
General policy
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or used products are non-returnable and all sales are generally final once an order has shipped. The exceptions below are always honored.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or undelivered shipments
If tracking shows your package was not delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products.
- Orders returned without prior authorization.
- Items reported outside the timeframes above.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email support@pepthority.com with your order number and a description of the issue (with photos where relevant). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and review the request; timing to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship. Because orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.
For research use only. Products are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition, and are not for human consumption.
