Affiliate & Representative Terms

1. Nature of the products

Pepthority products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not approved drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics. All promotional activity must be consistent with this positioning.

2. Prohibited claims

You may not state, imply, or share content suggesting any of the following:

• Medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or curative effects
• Suitability for human or veterinary use, or personal use of any kind
• Weight loss, appetite, fat loss, blood-sugar, or metabolic outcomes
• Healing, injury repair, recovery, or anti-aging outcomes
• Muscle growth, athletic or sexual performance, libido, or tanning
• Mood, anxiety, sleep, cognitive, or immune effects
• Dosage, administration, reconstitution, cycling, or stacking guidance
• That a product is safe, effective, clinically proven, pharmaceutical grade, or approved by any authority
• Comparisons or equivalence to prescription medicines or brand-name drugs
• Before-and-after results, or testimonials describing personal outcomes
• Endorsement by a medical professional, or that you are one

You may not present yourself as a physician, pharmacist, prescriber, or other licensed professional, and may not market products to consumers for personal use.

3. Permitted content

You may accurately describe compound identity and classification, catalog and pricing information, fulfillment and shipping facts, customer-service practices, and the research-use restriction itself.

4. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Pepthority in every post, message, page, video, or communication that includes your referral link or code — for example, “I earn a commission on purchases made through this link.” The disclosure must be visible without clicking “more” and must not be buried in hashtags or a bio.

5. Content approval

Pepthority may require that promotional materials be submitted for review before publication. Where review is requested, do not publish until you receive written approval. Approval of one item is not approval of any other.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

Pepthority may monitor representative content. If content is found to be non-compliant, you must remove or correct it promptly — and in any event within 48 hours of notice. Pepthority may suspend or terminate a representative account, withhold or reverse commissions, and disable a referral link, at its discretion, including for non-compliance with these terms.

7. No authority to bind

Representatives are independent and have no authority to make representations on Pepthority's behalf. Any statement inconsistent with these terms is unauthorized and does not reflect Pepthority's position.

8. Commissions

Commission is earned on eligible attributed orders and is subject to review, adjustment, and reversal — including for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders, or orders associated with non-compliant promotion.

9. Changes

Pepthority may update these terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
